Participants Talent Show Week 23: A Haiku Blog and A Haiku Meme

Hello, there are lots of talented writers online or in blogging land, today, we let you know a  haiku writer and his new haiku meme...

A short story in 55 words: which has a story and a haiku…making the piece outstanding!

WINTER FEELING (55 word story and haiku)

A wondrous place. Trees and streets covered with snow. The bright sunlight. Roofs like crystal.
Love is warming our bodies in front of the fireplace. Drinking red wine, eating marshmallows. This is paradise.
Our legs entwined. Lost in each others eyes. Together you and I.

making love
in front of the fireplace -
winter feeling

Inspiration of the Week 24 On Justin Penter Wood

Today we feature a lovely blog, that has wide topics and incredible flavors... Words inspire, have fun!

Currency By Justin Penter Wood

I stare at the lines
until the tangible thoughts
pop up
where i put my hand-drawing on papers.
.
The ones who have their seats
occupied by invaders
will be known as
"Madder" or "Blue Horn".
.
Sweet rounded
shoulders of the drive way,
Clothed with pieces
of metal and broken glasses.
.
The projected
future perfect retrospect,
and incredible sequence
of articulated sores.

The Most Invaluable Poet of Week 7: on Mark William

Today we feature a poet, or writer whose name is  mbwilliams, he writes poetry, also post inspiring quotes,
one of his fabulous quotes or prose is:

 ^ ^

Balance is often found through conflict. It is a painful thing to have to confront the truth. Most people would rather take a pill and go back to sleep. Do not seek to turn away from the war with yourself. This is the war you fight every day to grow, to become the person you want to be, rather than the person defined by bad habits or history.

^ ^

A poem sample by mbwilliams

Like a ball on a string,
Our consciousness likes to play out,
But we must bring it back to center.
