Rejecting Cakes and Ice Cream for a change

migrating my appetite to fresh greens,

i walk into a market of colorful things

i pick red tomatoes, I pick naval oranges,

I pick cucumbers, i pick broccoli, 

I am anxious

I am relaxing

I spring clean my backyard

I water my walls outside my window sills

Rejecting meatballs for a change,

switching my attention to April trees

I visit Angry orchard

I pick red delicious apples, 

I pick golden smith and fuji apples

I trust Asian pears, 

I am laughing at my kitchen floor with a skim milk spill

eating is good,

eating Yams, Egg drop soups, and Bamboo roots is better

from 2013, Northwestern musical well,

to 2018, Hyde Park poetry palace poets rally dispatch,

i keep minding my food styles

I wear a google digital watch , measuring my pulse

I wear a fitbit rubber wand, measuring my footsteps,

i write sentences with poetic note, fine tuning my mood,

I love to see Jingle Yanqiu / Anne Davis Pence / Kathleen Donaldsher Hurley bubble
